पास जब प्रियतम खड़ा हो
कहो कासे सन्देश भेजूँ
होता यदि परदेश में वह
भेज देती मेघ को
बोल सकती मैं नहीं
क्योंकि पहरे हैं यहाँ
बह रही जग की नदी
इस पार मैं उस पार वह
बढ़ रही है दिल की धड़कन
और सकती मैं नहीं सह
क्षीण होती लालिमा है
बढ़ रही जो कालिमा है
वह भी व्यग्र हो चला है
मेरी भी अपनी बला है
बढ़ गये जब कदम उसके
रहा जाता मुझसे कैसे
प्रेम की यह वेदना है
मष्तिष्क की अवचेतना है
हम मिलेंगे कैसे प्रियतम
वैधता मुझको यही गम
पास इतने तुम खड़े हो
कहो कैसे सन्देश भेजूँ ???

HOW I MESSAGE YOU

In this poem the poet wants to explain the dilema of a lady who can not message her lover because he is near her but cannot communicate her self, she says that when he is close to her then how can she message him, if he were abroad in the country she would send clouds as a messanger. She cannot speak due to guard. The river of the world is flowing between them, she is on this side and he is on other bank. Her heart is beating up which is untolerable to her. The redness of light is decreasing and which is increasing that is the darkness. He is keen to be mad and she is too so on. If he has stepped forward then how can I control my self. This is the anguish of love which is trance of mind. How shall we meet its our problem which cannot be solved although you are so closed to me but how can I message you.
