अपरिचिता (UNACQUAINTED)

तुम मेरी क्या हो?
क्यूँ? उद्विग्न होता है मन
तुम्हारे अभाव मेँ
ये अस्थिरता
ये तड़पन
आखिर क्यूँ?
किँकर्तव्यविमूढ़ सा हो जाता हूँ
मष्तिष्क काम करना बंद कर देता है
एक हूक सी उठती है दिल मेँ
और फैल जाता है
जिसका मीठा जहर रगों मेँ
विफल हो जाती है बुद्धि
आखिर क्यूँ?
वो गेसुओँ की घनी छाया
तुम्हारा मुस्कराना
नयनों का नयनों से मिल जाना
फिर तुम्हारा रूठ कर चले जाना
सब कुछ अच्छा लगता था मुझे
मगर अब
जबकि तुम नहीँ हो मेरे पास
सब कुछ एक-एक कर
चित्रपट की तरह घूम रहे हैँ
मेरे मानस पटल पर
और मैँ
विक्षिप्त सा ढूढ़ रहा हूँ शब्द
शायद
ये ही मेरे वे अनमोल मोती है
जिनके बदले मैँ
वही प्राप्त करना चाहता हूँ
'सुख'
जो दिये थे तुमने कभी
देना चाहता था रिश्तोँ को
एक नूतन अभिधान
किन्तु मौन ही रहा
नहीँ कर पाया साहस
अधरों पर हो नहीँ सका
शब्दों का प्रस्फुटन
और तुम चली गयी
फिर
शुरू हुई मेरी तलाश
छान मारे
मैने सभी उपलब्ध कोष
किन्तु फिर भी
नहीँ हुआ मुझे सन्तोष

UNACQUANTED

Through this poem the poet wants to say that how he is influienced by an unacquanted woman but cannot express himself to her that whatever he felt so he seeks words to express himself through this poem. He says, Thee, what you are for me, why am I overwhelmed in thy absence, this pecariousness and pineness is why???? . Why am I at sea and cannot understand any thing else. My mind refuse to do work and heart is pinned on which spreads a sweeet venom in my veins resulted as that my wits failed.Why it is so, that dark shadow of thy curls, thy smiles, meeting of eyes and thy sulky movement,all of these were liked by me but now when you are not with me every things are moving on my mental screen just like a movie and I am seeking words being a faint, perhaps these are those my precious pearls in exchange of which I want to achieve that cheers which have you given me ever. I wanted to give a new name of that relation but became speechless could not dare to speak,no wordscame on my lips and you departed from there. Then I started my searching in the thesaurus of the universe but remained unsatisfied.
