दंगा (Riot)

"दंगा"
तालाब का शांत जल
एक कंकड़
फिर हल-चल
हर लहर तट पर जाने को है
व्याकुल
एक के बाद एक
लहरेँ उठ रही है
प्रसार हो रहा है उनमेँ
हर लहर
तट से टकराकर
अपना अस्तित्व खो रही है
काश!!!
न फेँका गया होता
ये कंकड़
कितना शांत रहता ये जल

RIOT

In this poem the poet wants to describe a riot through the water of a pond which is stir in tranquility but a small piece of stone create disturbances in the water and every waves intent to approach to the bank. One after other waves are approaching towards bank, they are extending themselves and colliding at the bank and destroying their existence. If the stone was not thrown how much tranquility there was ?
