कैसा है
यह अजब खेल
जहाँ कटघरे में खड़ी है
जेल
जहाँ से
कैदी फरार हो सकता है
तो वह
किसी की गोलियों का
शिकार भी हो सकता है
यह
एक प्रश्न उठाता है
इस व्यवस्था पर
इस भ्रष्ट तन्त्र की असफलता पर
जिसे स्वीकारने को
कोई तैयार नहीं
बस निचले स्तर के
दो-चार कर्मचारियों पर
आरोप लगाकर
सब के सब
अपना
पल्लू झाड़ लेते हैं
आखिर कब तक
यह व्यवस्था चलेगी
कब तक हम
एक-दूसरे पर
आरोप-प्रत्यारोप
लगाते रहेंगे
हमें ढूँढना होगा
 कि
आखिर कमी कहाँ है
सिर्फ
हर दुर्घटना के पश्चात्
जाँच आयोग गठित करना
और फिर
उन्हें बहाल करने के
ढोंग से काम नहीं चलेगा
यदि व्यवस्था
नहीं बदली तो
वह दिन दूर नहीं
जब चंद सिक्कों के लिए
यह देश
बेंच दिया जायेगा
और हम फिर से
गुलाम हो जायेंगे
जिसके हम
सदियों से आदती हैं

QUESTION ?

How is it, this strange game. Where,prison is standing in the dock, from where if a prisoner may be escaped then he may be haunted by anyone's bullet too.This raises a question over the system. This is the failure of this corrupt system, no one is ready to accept the responsibility of it. Only allegations are imposed over two or four lower level staff getting rid off themselves. Untill when this arrangement will be continue. How long are we impose counter charges on each other. We have to find out that Where the hell is lacking.Only after every accident, to set up the Commission of an Inquiry and then reinstated them from all charges of this hypocrisy will not work. If the system would not changed, the day is not far off, in exchange of a few coins this country would be sold and we again would be slave, which we are habitual by centuries.
