खोज (DISCOVERY)

चल पड़ा हूँ
छोड़कर
अपना आगार
ढूढ़ने मोती
डूबता हूँ मैं
अथाह सागर
चारों तरफ से हो रहे हैं प्रहार
समुद्री जीवों के
आक्टोपस के पैरों का
हो रहा है प्रसार
मेरी तरफ
घिर गया हूँ
बन गया हूँ मैं, आहार
इन समुद्री जीवों का
सीप के मुह में बंद मोती
अब भी प्रतीक्षारत है
कि
काश मैं भी बन जाता
किसी के गले का हार
उसके
सारे स्वप्न हैं निराधार
जब तक हैं समुद्र में
ये आक्टोपस और मगर
तब तक सीप का मोती
कल्पना ही करेगा, अगर
नहीं होते
ये आक्टोपस और मगर

DISCOVERY

Through this poem the poet tries to explain the exploitation vest in the society and how it is very difficult to survive against the powerful person.The poet uses the aquatic symbols for his expression. He says that he left his habitat in the seeking of pearls, for this he sank in the deepest sea where he is attacked by aquatic creatures , an octopus is extending its limbs and about to wrap him and made him its victim as prey. Its an irony that a pearl closed in the mouth of an oyster is still awaiting that it may be the part of a necklace but it is just a dream without any base unless and until these aquatic creatures like octopus and crocodile are the part of this habitat . The pearl will make only imagination that these powerful aquatic creatures would not remain in the habitat.
